Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want SubShield to be a straightforward, no-surprises subscription. Here is how billing, cancellation, and refunds work.

Auto-renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically — monthly or annual, depending on the plan you chose — at the then-current price until you cancel. We do not pause or ask before each renewal; you stay subscribed until you cancel.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops all future renewals. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, so you keep access until that date — there is no immediate cutoff.

Refunds

Because cancellation lets you keep access through the period you already paid for, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods or for unused time after you cancel. As a courtesy, if you are a new customer and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent charge within 14 days of that charge by emailing support@subshield.ai. Outside that window, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
